Ingredients:
1 cup of cheese curds (I use white cheddar cheese curds)
2 eggs
2 cups plain breadcrumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1.) In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs. I another medium sized bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
2.) Place cheese curds in egg mixture and turn until fully coated.
3.) Place egg coated cheese curds in breadcrumb mixture and fully coat.
4.) Place cheese curds in air fryer at 375 °F and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5.) Enjoy!
Tip: serve with marinara sauce for an easy appetizer!
