
Gingerbread French Toast

Ingredients:
1 loaf of gingerbread, cut into ½” slices
2 eggs
1.5 cups milk or milk alternative
1 tbsp vanilla
1-2 tsp cinnamon (to taste)
Directions:
1.) In a shallow baking dish, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
2.) Place gingerbread slices into milk mixture for 5-10 seconds on each side.
3.) On medium high heat, Lightly spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place gingerbread slices. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until light brown and crispy.
4.) Top with your favorite French toast toppings and enjoy!
